FUNCTIONS

Bookings: Bookings must be confirmed in writing, consenting to the following terms and conditions and forwarded to Bunny Bar Events either in person or vial email.

Basis of Contract: These Terms are deemed to be accepted by the client on payment of a booking deposit, on receipt by Bunny Events of a signed Booking Confirmation. The Terms apply exclusively to every contract or the hire of goods and supply of services by the client from Bunny Bar Events and cannot be varied or supplanted by any other terms without the prior written consent of Bunny Events. A written proposal provided by Bunny Events to the client regarding the proposed hire of goods and or services is valid for 14 days and is an invitation only to the client to place an order based upon that proposal. Any terms in Bunny Events proposal form part of the Terms of the Contract and if inconsistent will prevail. If an order placed by the client is accepted by Bunny Events, Bunny Bar Events agrees to hire the goods and or services to the client for the period of time agreed to for use and on the site/s made on these Terms. Goods hired shall at all times remain the property of the Owner.

Deposit: This letter is notification that a deposit is required to be paid by cash, or direct deposit. Please specify your full name or company, reference number and date of function as a remitter when making a direct deposit. For a booking to be confirmed with Bunny Events a 10% deposit of the quoted total is required. Without a deposit payment, your booking will not be secured. The deposit amount will be deducted from the client’s final invoice.

Confirmation: Final number of guests, specific dietary requirements and final menu selection must be confirmed at least 7 working days prior to your event. If a confirmed number is not received, the numbers indicated previously shall be taken as final and the client will be charged accordingly.

Cancellation: Cancellation Policy is as follows; No refunds are applicable to any cancellations made. Bunny Events is happy to reschedule your function date with at least 2 weeks notice prior to your existing function date, subject to availability.

Prices: Menu and beverage prices will vary depending on the selections made and the number of guests attending. All specific function prices quoted are accurate at the time of offer and are specific to the information presented by the client at the time of quotation. Music Bunny Events operates under sound restrictions & it reserves the right to control sound output at all times.

Final Payment: Total outstanding payment of your event is due in full, 7 days prior to the day of your event. After confirmation has been made, the number of guests may not decrease. If the quoted minimum spend is not met at the end of the function, the client is responsible to pay the difference prior to leaving the venue. Please note all credit card transactions will incur a 3% surcharge.

RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL: Bunny Events complies with the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulations on the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Bunny Bar Events staffs are instructed not to serve any alcoholic beverages to guests under the age of eighteen (18) years, or to guests in a state of intoxication. Bunny Bar Events policy is to serve guests in a responsible, friendly and professional manner. The right to discontinue liquor service is reserved by Bunny Bar, at any and at all times.

Security: To ensure the safety of your guests and to assist with the access in and out of Bunny Events two security guards are required for the first 100 guests, one extra guard is required per every 50 guests thereafter. The security officers will commence 30 minutes prior to your event and conclude 30 minutes post event to ensure all guests are escorted off the premises safely and the venue is secured. There is a minimum 5 hour fee of $55.00 per hour per guard. The total number of guards required for your event will be based upon the final number of guests attending and the event specifications.

Conditions: Guests who smoke are to do so outside the venue only. A designated smoking area can be arranged on request. Drinks / Glassware of any kind are not permitted past the main function area. The carrying or consumption of drinks by guests is not permitted down the stairs or outside the premises. The client is expected to conduct their function in a legal and respectable manner and is responsible for the conduct of its guests and invitees. If required management reserves the discretionary right to refuse admission or service to guests and invitees. The client will be charged for any damage that occurs to the venue, property and / or its staff. Please also note that in line with Australian legislation relating to responsible service of alcohol, the venue staff and management reserve the right to terminate a function and refuse service to any guests deemed intoxicated or take responsible action to eject any intoxicated guests from the premises.

The patron will be charged for any damage that occurs to the venue, property and / or its staff. Music at Bad Bunny operates under sound restrictions and management reserves the right to control sound output at all times.
